deleted blog because it was not the right one

  I had a bunch of articles on my site. But, then it kept telling me to upgrade but I paid for a year. So, I deleted the one that said it just began as I thought it was another one I might have started. Turns out, it was my real account even though it was not showing any of my articles on it. So, how do I start my blog again? It is still asking me for payment even though I have paid for it @ 8.95. So, I have never had any of the benefits of the one year payment I have made to date.
