Deleted blog by mistake

I deleted a file from my FTP htdocs folder and now my wordpress blog is gone. I am devastated! The website address is http://www.melaniemay.com and the blog was called melaniemay.com in WordPress. The blog is gone from my wordpress dashboard too! Is there anyway you can help me recover the file? I don’t even know what I could have done or what file I deleted to cause this. The URL below is not the one I am talking about but I had to fill in the field.

I think that this forum is the incorrect one to be posting this problem, it would probably be better suited at the WordPress.Org Site. However, I am curious as to if the FTP manager has a trashbin that you could pull the missing file out of and replacing it, or if you can see the latest changes (noting for deleted files) and recovering it from there? You should be able to check via the hosters’ control panel for your site, where you may have deleted it from originally.
