Deleted blog during trial period. Would like to see no charges on credit card.

Yesterday I began working on building a site on wordpress.com. I am in a 14-day trial period and am planning on moving to wordpress.org for better control. How do I ensure my credit card does not get charged?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I see you deleted your WordPress.com site. I cancelled the WordPress.com Premium trial you had on that site, so you are all set and won’t be charged. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help.
