deleted blog. keeps coming up when I log in. will not allow me to start new one

  deleted my blog. Still keeps coming up when I log in. Cannot/will not allow me to start a new blog. Can someone explain in simple terms how to fix all this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Upper left corner of this page, hover over the grey Circle W logo. You should get a drop down menu; click on ‘My Blogs’. You should get a page with this text:
