deleted blog, misplaced domain

  I had deleted my wordpress page hoping it would free up the domain I had purchased from hover (wildgeekheart.com) but it’s still coming back to the site that I had deleted. What can I do? If I need to, is there anyway to restore the name wildgeekheart.wordpress.com ? I just deleted less than 12 hours agao.

  You can change the DNS of wildgeekheart.com through your domain provider to point it to another platform or site.
