Deleted Blog Search Results

I just started a new blog and deleted my “beginner blog.” I would like to know if the search results will fall off. I am using the same name however a different url. I would like to know if the former address britishposh.wordpress.com will be replaced with my current blog once I start posting. The url is different however my user and tag name is Marie Mercenaire. Will this matter? I already sent request to google however I do not own the site per-say, so would like to know what happens on your end wordpress. Thanks!

WP has nothing to do with it.
There are dozens of search engines and web archiving services. Once something is on the web and indexed, it never really goes away completely.
It can take weeks or months to drop out of primary search results.
All of this depends on the content and age/longevity of the site initially however.

I did not delete the posts entirely. I changed my url. Do you know if they would “roll over” to my new url or would it show up as two different search results.
