  Hello,
  thetraveloholic.wordpress.com this blog deleted by previous users,
  I am interested to register this blog name, but I am not able to do this,
  Kindly Help.

  Hello,

  Unfortunately, once deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, in some cases, if it has been two years or more and there are no conflicts, then it may be possible.

  In the link I posted above, it states that you can try registering a new site with that address. If it is available, it will be yours.
