Deleted Default 'Home' Page
-
I deleted my custom link homepage that automatically appears and is the default home page of the theme. Now I can’t get it back. The custom theme home page that was there as default is still in the pages, but when I put it in my menu, it is not the same. Even when I apply the same page templates. How can I make my website to where it is like I never edited it? And I have a free membership.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there @awesomesaucem,
I was just comparing the default home page of your blog to that of the Button 2 theme live demo and I’m not seeing much of a difference. Were you able to solve the problem yourself? If I’m just misunderstanding your question then maybe you could send me an example of a page with the desired layout.
All the best,

The Goran theme uses a static front page with the front page template.
Go to My Site > Pages and edit the page. In the Page Attributes section, assign the Front Page Template.
Then go to My Site > Customize > Static Front Page and assign the page as the front page.
The Featured Pages section of the Front Page Template is managed in My Site > Customize > Theme Options.
You can find more detailed instructions for setting up the theme’s front page here: https://wordpress.com/theme/goran
To add a navigation menu with links to your site, please go to My Site > Customize > Menus.
You can learn more about creating menus here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
