Deleted default menus!

  Halp, I was trying to customize menus in Apostrophe2 and wiped the existing ones out. I would just like to restore the menus to default. Thx!

  Hi there,

  By default, Apostrophe 2 will display a list of your site’s pages in the header.

  If you prefer, add a Custom Menu configured to your liking via Appearance → Menus.

  Under My Sites → Customize → Menus you can create Custom Menus for the Primary Menu and a Social Media Menu.

  Yeah…Ive been fighting with the custom menus all night. I cannot figure out how to get them to display no matter what I do. And in that process of messing with custom menus, I wiped out the defsult menu options and along with them, the content. Now no matter what theme I choose, I habe no menus or menu content. Is there any way to restore defaults?
