Hi, is it possible to retrieve a deleted domain? I’ve been trying to contact support but I’m being redirected to forums..

I can see that, apart from canceling the domain, you have also deleted the site. Was your idea to recover both site and domain, or do you only want the domain back?

I had another look, and it seems that the site was deleted 4 months ago, so it’s impossible to recover it at this point. All deleted sites are purged after 30 days.
As for the domain, it has already been released, meaning it’s available to be registered again. You can go ahead and create a new site, upgrade it to the desired plan and register the domain. I hope that helps :).

I’ve always found this whole thing a bit confusing… Did I already pay the £80+ at that start when I opened it up?

You did pay £84.00 back in June, when you upgraded your plan to Premium and purchased the domain. Our refund window then was of 30 days (it’s 14 days now). Since you canceled the subscriptions outside of the refund window, no refund was processed.
Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that. -
So because I’ve already paid for this plan… I can still use it right? If I wanted to set up another site?

Hi, when I put my website, ceciliawhittaker-doe.com, into my url I get a page that says GoDaddy has parked my domain name for free. I cannot access my website. I called GoDaddy and they told me my domain name is not on my account. It is in Mullenweg’s account. And so I can’t access it and have it point to my website.
Perhaps I missed an email about some updates? Not sure what is going on or how long this has been this way. I usually update my website at the end of each year, but with all that’s been going on, I have not done that recently.
Someone did access the site earlier this year, sometime in February I believe, but now it is not accessible.
I would appreciate any help I can get to solve this dilemma.
I have an old computer that I have a link on for the website dashboard, and everything is still there. I emailed the url for that to myself and opened it on my new computer and all opened up in the dashboard. But nothing opens up for the site itself.
