  I deleted my domain so I can buy it on Namecheap. But it happens to be unavailable and needs unpacking.

  Hi there:

  Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. In this case, the domain would not have been released until the registration term expired, which would have been October 2023.

  Since you didn’t receive a refund on this domain, I went ahead and restored the domain to your account.

  You’ll be able to point it to a new host now, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
