Deleted Domain

    Hello!

    I deleted a domain and would like to get it back. I wanted to transfer it to another account and unknowingly thought it better to delete it and now I can’t get it back.

    Is there any option?

    Hi there,

    You appear to have canceled your domain name, which has resulted in a refund and also means that you no longer own it. However, you do have a few options for getting it back, let us know which you would like to move forward with!

    1. Wait for grace period to end – Your domain is in a 5 day grace period (from the time you cancelled) but at the end of that it goes on sale again. According to our records it will be available on or about Dec. 28th or 29th and you can purchase it from the account you wish for the domain to be under.
    2. Let us recover the domain – Because you have already been refunded, we can send an invoice for registration fees and restore the domain. You’ll be able to your other account as soon as it’s restored under this one.
    3. Stay on WordPress.com – The cost of your domain is included in your plan purchase. To restore your domain just purchase a new plan, and then let us know so we can reattach the domain to your WordPress.com site. You can transfer both once they are under this account.

    I’m going to wait until 28th-29th and I´m going to buy again. If in this days is not available I’ll let you know for recover the domain .
