Deleted Domain before unlocking

  I did not unlock the domain before deleting it (didn’t even think about transferring it which would have worked better) is there any way it can be unlocked so I can reuse it?

  We’ve restored the domain to your account.

  As it’s a new domain, you won’t be able to transfer it away from WordPress.com until you’ve owned it for at least 60 days. But if you want to use it with another service, you can point the domain away from us by updating the name servers or the IP address.
