  I need to transfer it to Bluehost, is that possible?

  Since you did not receive a refund for the domain, I have restored it to your account.

  Due to ICANN (the organization which controls all domain registrars) regulations, you won’t be able to transfer it until 60 days after you registered it, but you can still direct it to Bluehost by changing the name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  After 60 days, you’ll be able to transfer it: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  The refund period on domain registrations is only 96 hours. This is because we have to pay the registry that controls the domain for it by that point, and we don’t receive any refund if we cancel the domain after then.

  As this domain was registered on 17 November and only cancelled on 3 December, it is not eligible for a refund.

  Keep in mind that if you transfer the domain to Bluehost once it becomes eligible, you’ll still have the full year of the domain that you paid for with us. The domain transfer cost you’ll be paying to Bluehost will go towards renewing the domain for an additional year on top of that. So you don’t lose any of the time you’ve already paid for.
