Deleted Domain by another author for registration

  I want to create a new domain but it says the domain name already exists. When i open that domain, the page says it has been deleted by the author. So, how do i get this domain and register?

  You can’t have it – once deleted a site name is gone forever at WordPress.COM – names are never recycled here
