Deleted Domain & Domain Transfer

  Hi,

  I recently transferred my reikiwitholivia.com domain that I purchased through wordpress.com to my new wix.com site and it’s in process, I’m just waiting for the registry for finalization.

  Here’s my question: I deleted the domain from my wordpress site after this was done and am wondering if that will negatively affect this transfer.

  I paid Wix a subscription and it says it’s in process on their end, but wanted to make sure it’s still good and in process.

  Hi Olivia,

  When the transfer actually goes through the upgrade is automatically removed from your account, so there is nothing else you need to do on this end after providing the code to Wix.

  Luckily your attempt to cancel the domain did not do anything except to remove the subscriptions from your account, and the transfer is still in progress. I’ve restored the subscription for now to prevent any problems.
