deleted domain mapping still causing problems

  I made a blog and then connected the domain to a different site. i them deleted the blog name itself and still have the other site but want to connect it to a different blog or still manage it using wordpress but every time i try it tells me that the site is already connected to another wordpress account (the one which has been deleted), what can i do to solve this and go back to the original hosting? how do i delete the original mapped domain when it is already deleted?

  the blog was missjinanharb.wordpress.com and it is mapped to jinanharb.com
