Deleted domain name by accident

    Help!!! I deleted my domain name!
    Being with word press has BEEN HELLL!!!!!!
    I signed up with their business plan because they offered ecommerce! Then THEY ENDED IT FOUR DAYS LATER!!!!!
    Then i tried to point my site to shopify and it wouldnt work!!! I had one pointing to shopify and the other pointing to wordpress!!
    They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE if u dont pay- as shopify will help u (with plan or not) anddd when i did pay the business pln and was signed up- the customer service i got was someone overseas WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH!!!! And i COULDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING!!!!
    I just want my domain name back!!! Its my company name!! Is there anyway to get it back!???
    And i called “Wild west domains llc” – the REAL owners of the domain and they were NO HELP!!!

    What is the domain URL?

    When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

    Thanks- but i had accidentally cancelled it so it is not even coming up as an option any longer ;(

    I can try and reverse the cancellation. I will let you know if I am successful, it typically takes 12-48 hours.

    If successful, you will need to re-purchase the yearly domain registration. Then you will be able to use the domain here on WordPress.com or point your domain to a new webhost using these instructions:

    I am unsure who you would have been talking to. WordPress.com offers livechat, email and forum based support. We do not have phone support. So, please be cautious about calling numbers that you think may be for us and do not give out account information. If you are on the phone with someone, you are almost assuredly not talking to a WordPress.com staff member.
