Deleted everything in the sidebar and now Twitter Widget does not Show up!

  Alright,

  I hated all the crap on the sidebar that comes with wordpress. so i deleted it (I have decent html knowledge and did this using firebug and finding the code) Now I added the twitter Tools Widget to get our twitters to appear on the sidebar and it is not doint that. Any blog I post does go straight to my twitter though, but it’s not showing up. How do I get that code to show up?

  It is the same with me. The link of Twitter comes up but the actual box doesnt. Thanks in advance

  the twitter widgets contain scripts and wordpress doesnt allow wordpress.COM blogs to use scripts. The best option is to use the RSS widget to show your twitter updates.

  Added twitter widget and the rest of the useful stuff on the sidebar disappeared. What do I do?

  @natashalatiff, I am seeing the Twitter Widget in your sidebar, so it looks like you resolved the problem.

  @mystudiobiz, When you haven’t configured any widgets yet, your theme displays some default widgets. As soon as you go to Appearance->Widgets and add a widget, the default are no longer shown, so you need to add any of the widgets you want to show up.
