Deleted Google Authenticator App on accident

Hi, I actually need help a different blog. It’s mybrainlitter.wordpress.com – I deleted my google authenticator app and can no longer access my account. Please help. I need staff support.

I am having the same problem. I did the “Need more help” to complete the form for account recovery and have heard nothing back. I am locked out of my account and I cannot use the google authenticator app as my phone has had a hardware malfunction. I have had to make a new account just to get onto this forum. My blog is normally:

Please help, I have had no responses for a few days and I really want my blog back :-(

You had no responses over a holiday weekend. Keep waiting. If you filled out the proper form, there is no faster way to do this.

Thanks @raincoaster but I feel like for a company like WordPress this should not be an excuse. It is a global company and so a holiday weekend in the States should not affect this. I have been waiting more than over a week… Don’t know what else I can do?

Hello! I still have not gotten a reply to this. I got a new phone so my google authenticator app was deleted. I can NO LONGER access my blog. The address is mybrainlitter.wordpress.com – Please, I have been unable to access it for a very long time.
