Deleted Header

    Hi,
    Today I changed from standard format to a block theme (Poema). I like the theme, but the change has been a nightmare.
    Among other things, it messed up my menu. In desperation, I deleted the header. Now I don’t know how to get my header back and without it I can’t display my menu at all.
    I’m not particularly tech-savvy. Is there an easy way to get my headers back?

    I have somehow managed to restore my header. Phew!
