Deleted Home Page?

  Another newbie … and manged to do something real dumb. Deleted the ‘Home’ page …. but it still shows up on my title bar on the live site. The end result is that I can’t edit it (doesn’t show up in my MANAGE PAGES but on the live site its still there as my home page and displays an error message.

  How to I recreate?

  In the theme that you’re using at the moment “home” is the top level of your blog where visitors first “arrive”. It can’t be deleted. I suspect that you’ve got another page in there that has no title and that is what is causing the gap between the links.
