deleted home page

  I accidently deleted my ‘home’ page, which should be my first post or introduction. How can i get it back ? …

  not just help but … H E L P … < runs screaming through the house

  You can’t delete your homepage: you just deleted the sample “Hello World” post, so your homepage has nothing to display.
  If you want posts on your homepage, just start publishing posts in Posts > Add New. If you want a static intro page instead, create that page in Pages > Add New then go to Settings > Reading and set your front to display that page.
