deleted home page?

  Hi,
  I deleted my ‘home’ page because I didn’t want the content, but it still appears on my site saying ‘Not found’. I emptied my trash so I can’t get the page back to edit it. What should I do? Thanks for the help

  Which option do you have for Front page displays in Settings > Reading screen in your dashboard?

  Which page did you set as Home page prior to deleting it?

  I change the Front page displays option from ‘Your latest posts’ to the other option ‘a static page’.. and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks!
