Deleted Home tab in Dyad theme

  hi

  is there anyway that i can get a tab back after deleting it by mistake and starting over again?
  I deleted the home tab by mistake and now cant get back .

  just to clarify it is not under the trash under the pages- and i dont want to start the site from scratch
