Deleted image keeps appearing

  I’m trying to post a blog post to Facebook, but the image I deleted keeps showing up as the photo that accompanies the post. How can I choose the image that I want to show up with the post when I link on social media (Facebook specifically)?

  This is not a wordpress.com issue. It is a Facebook image caching issue.

  Know that we have no control over the images that Twitter, Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
