Deleted image still there

  Earlier I had a blogpost with a picture. I wanted to delete this picture (and replace it with another). I deleted it from the post and I deleted the picture in/under “media”. When I google it, it still finds it and is able to open it. It is listed in liseliten.files.wordpress.com, but where do I delete it? I thought when I deleted it from “media” it would be removed, but it’s still there. How do I completely delete it?

  WordPress is database driven and they have servers and datacenters spread all over the place, which means that it can take several hours, depending on server loads, for a file to actually be deleted from all the databases in all the servers in all the datacenters.
