Deleted media file still active

  Hi there, six days ago I deleted a media file but the link to the file is still active. I understand from other help requests that the WordPress cache is supposed to be cleared every 3 days. However, it has been more than 3 days and the link to the file is still working. This is the link: https://feministword.files.wordpress.com/2018/08/fword_summer2018accessible_v2.pdf
  Can someone from WordPress staff assist with getting this file removed?

  Hey there,

  The link provided displays a 404 – file not found error. Perhaps the reason you are still able to view the file in this link is that your browser has cached it. Try clearing your browser cache, cookies and history and attempting to reload the link.
