Deleted Media files still showing up in Google search

    I posted this same question last week, but am still hoping to find an answer. I had a media file PDF posted to my wordpress page that I am trying to delete. I took the link off the post and deleted the media file, but it still exists in Google search (the file itself, which has its own url, not the page that had the link). How do I permanently delete it?
