deleted media showing up on search engines

When our charity’s clients use a search engine they get a link to an old PDF list of our services which have changed dramatically since. The PDF was deleted from the page’s media folder but is still displaying.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The link is being found on search engines when I type in CamTAD.

That file URL now produces a 404 — File not found error message. Clear your browser cache please https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
-
Bing shows some another 404 error for a deleted pdf file (version 21) on your site but this one (version 15) does still show up as live:-

Perhaps you’ve simply deleted the wrong pdf file in error??? Are you sure the file isn’t still in your Media Library? Perhaps it would pay to double-check here:-

To keep things running quickly around here, files are held in multiple caches through a separate system. These caches are usually cleared within 3 days and the files will then become 404 page not found.
-
Thanks folks. I verified the cache is cleared for the first file mentioned. Did you need to clear out the one @themagicrobot mentioned, too?
And as @timthief mentioned, the cache does clear on its own periodically as well.
