Deleted media still appearing – how to remove Cache

  Hello,

  I urgently need to remove a file from cache that I had deleted a few days ago and it is still appearing. I uploaded a new file with the same name but WordPress appends a number to the file name, meaning the old file is still there somewhere. The file is linked by a QR code (non dynamic) which already appears on our print media. I need the original URL on the newly uploaded file. how do I parse the caching?
