Deleted menus are still shown

    I made two menus called “Rezensionen” and “Übers Schreiben”, then clicked on “Save an Publish” to see what it looked like. I didn’t like the way it looked, so I renamed them to “Lesen” and “Schreiben. But now my blog shows all four menus: Rezensionen, Übers Schreiben, Lesen, Schreiben.     How can I delete the menus “Rezensionen” and “Übers Schreiben”? In my Customizer toolbar, they aren’t even shown anymore, so I can’t manually delete them. But why are they still shown on my blog? Do I just have to wait a few hours until the change gets saved? But if that is true, why do new menus get saved immediately and deleted menus take so long to disappear?
    I’m so confused right now. I hope someone can help!
