deleted my Blog and About page, how do I restore?

  I asked this question before but I could not find any ‘trash’ that had my blog and about pages. I’m new to this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Trash is located under Pages> Trashed. Here’s the support document all about it:
