Deleted my blog cant get blog title back for new blog

  Hi i deleted my blog it had a title i want to re have on a fresh blog, but when i try to make new blog it says title taken, but it is not taken
  I checked. The only blog with that name in address takes me to my old site that says sorry the blog was deleted by the author , me in other words.
  How do i get the blog name back?
