Deleted my domain and need to recover it.

    Hi,

    Yesterday I deleted ex3store.com because I wanted to move to wordpress.org, now domain is parked. What can I do to recover it?

    When you delete a new domain like that, it is available for sale to the public again, but only after a 5 day grace period. If you can afford the delay, it is my recommendation to wait until it is on sale again to the public and then purchase it directly with your new host.

    If you cannot afford to wait and must recover the domain for immediate use please let us know and we can invoice you for the domain costs, and start the recovery process.

    Hi again,

    It is difficult to say. “5 days” is a rough guideline but there is no guarantee it will be available on the exact time (5 days later) as the time you deleted it.

    Instead you would just need to keep checking on day 5 to see if the domain is available. We do not get notified when the domain is released but when it is you would know it because it will show as available with your new provider (or any company that sells domains to the public.)
