Deleted my site

  Help me, my site curatingjounal.wordpress.com was deleted today… can you help me get it back??? Everything was on that site!!!! HELP!

  Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with this issue, since they can reverse a site deletion provided it was deleted less than thirty days ago.

  So sorry I miss spelled it in the first post.

  It was a premium account, the email was sent to my email address.
  If you can just get it back on to my account I would be sincerly happy!

  Hi again.
  So I’ve had the account curatingjournal.com connected to my email for a long time, it was a premium account and I have all my audio, video and portfolio on that account. The renewal email went to my spam so I didn’t see it til today and was gonna update as soon as I saw it and then the website was gone.
  I really need it back even as a non premium and I can update it to a premium again. Is there any way you can help me or send me an email to figure this out? I would be so happy! #wpcomhelp

  Hi there,

  Thanks for the additional details. With them, I was able to locate the domain, curatingjournal.com under the active WordPress.com account fiacharlotta.

  If this is your WordPress.com account you may log in and renew the domain name. The site itself has not been deleted, however, the domain has expired so it will need to be removed to prevent your site from reverting to the free .wordpress.com domain.

  Thank you so much!
  That is mine, I also have other blogs on that one like allwomenshow etc.
  The problem is that I can’t log in to ‘fiacharlotta’ and when I try to renew the password to my email I don’t get anything to my email address which I got the renewal notification to? Is it possible for you to contact me via the email address that is my user name on this account?

  I didn’t realize I had two accounts!

  Glad you’ve got it, @landstromsofia ! Since you have multiple accounts, can I recommend checking each one to be sure you’ve got a recovery email / phone set?

  You can set that in your security > account recovery tab here: https://wordpress.com/me/account
