Deleted my site a long time ago and am getting charged for the domain

I received a PayPal receipt for $18 and I did not purchase anything.
I don’t even know why my site is still up because I can’t access its settings at all.I’m asking to be refunded and for my site to be taken down.

You can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If necessary you can contact the billing team from that page.

Just tried that and it worked… sort of…
When I clicked “View your receipt” it took me to my billing history and said no receipts found.
Even though I just saw the receipt for my old domain.
I can’t even cancel it if I want to because my account says that I have no sites and no domain.

I cancelled it in PayPal, so I don’t think I’ll get charged again.
I want a refund though because I didn’t buy anything. -
I’ve flagged staff’s attention in this thread and removed your other thread from the forum. While I understand you’re frustrated, please remember that there are human beings at this end trying to help you.
If you didn’t find the receipt in this account, then it’s likely that you have another WordPress.com account. What’s the domain that you were charged for or what’s the email address where you received the receipt? You can write the email address normally here and the forum software will redact it from public view but staff will still be able to see it. As an example: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Please provide that information so we can help you locate the charge.

As @justjennifer mentioned, the charge isn’t connected to the account you are contacting us from. Do you have access to the account associated with the charge? What is the URL of the site that the upgrade is connected to?
