I’ve emailed our registrar to try and undo the cancellation. I’ll let you know once I hear back from them.
As you have deleted your WordPress.com site you’ll also need to create a new free address so you are able to manage the domain. Please create a new site using this link, and let me know once you’ve done that:

Your domain has been restored to us, but you don’t have any site in your account to which I can connect it, so there is no way to manage the settings for that domain. Can you please create a new site and let me know, then I can reactivate the domain for you.
