Deleted myself as admin of my site

  I accidentally deleted myself as administrator of my site, and now I am unable to access it. Is it possible to restore my administrator rights?

  I also have a second blog, which is ewanwalker.wordpress.com. However, the blog I’m trying to access is http://www.walker287.wordpress.com.
