Deleted old email, can't access blog
-
Hi there,
I had a blog that I was relatively active with in 2016-2017 (michaelsloveblog.wordpress.com). I haven’t blogged since Oct. 2017, but I want to start up again. In the meantime, however, I have switched email accounts and do not have access to my old one. I don’t have any of the confirmation emails, transaction IDs, etc that I need to verify my subscription (free, unpaid type). Last winter, I setup a domain with Go Daddy that the michaelsloveblog.wordpress.com site goes directly to (riseupmission.com) (I edited the nameservers to the wordpress ones).
I cannot access my blog to post. I can’t verify the account based on everything I have tried so far.
Any ideas of what might be happening? Is it related to the Go Daddy switch?

The bad news is that we really can’t give you access to an account without htat proof. The good news is, you should have it:
Last winter, I setup a domain with Go Daddy that the michaelsloveblog.wordpress.com site goes directly to (riseupmission.com) (I edited the nameservers to the wordpress ones).
The upgrade for this was renewed recently. You should have a transaction ID on that if you’ll look at your statements. Don’t post it publicly, but do use the form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and our account recovery team will be able to help you regain access.
Good luck!
