Deleted old image and uploaded a new one, old image shows up.

  Hi as the title says, I have tried to delete my old image and re-upload a new image of the same filename. however on the “browse all” section my old image still appears and when i click send to editor, the editor seems to use my old image instead of my new one.
  Is this like a cache problem or wordpress problem.

  WordPress.com is bizarre that way. I’m sure they would call this a feature, but I call it a bug (or poor programming).

  After deleting the old image, upload the new image with a different name and then change the links to it in the posts, pages or sidebar.

  Hey thanks, yeah I think I really have to resort to doing that way for now.
  Quite annoying but luckily I don’t have many images to be changed :)
