deleted page – recovery ?

  Hi, I have trashed, and the deleted, a page from my wordpress blog… and have now realised this was a huge mistake as quite a lot of work had gone into that page… I am quite desperate to recover it. Is it possible ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Did you delete this item from trash also? If you have chosen to permanently delete from your Trash folder, you aren’t able to recover or restore it.

  Thank you Mariah. Yes I did delete it from trash as well ; and I thought as much (that it could not be recovered). Never mind !
