Deleted page still showing up

  I have deleted the contact page off of my blog multiple times and it continues to show up on the page. How do I get it to stay deleted?

  Hi There,
  I think I may have figured out what is happening with your contact page. I tried duplicating it myself and this theme for some reason allows you to trash the contact page you created, which I am assuming you did, but then it continues to display.

  If you click on My Sites – Customize – Theme Options
  And there you will see various numbered Panel’s. I believe your contact form is on Panel 2. If you click that one you will see Panel Content and it should be displaying the Contact Form. If you simply change it to “Select” so that nothing is there or you could change it something else you would rather there, it will remove the form.
