Deleted page won't delete

    This problem is that when I delete a page, it remains in the menu. I see other people have had problems with this before and were able to delete the page by creating a new page and deleting that. This did not work for me and now I have several deleted pages that still appear in my menu. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    If you have a custom menu activated, the menu items will remain as they were after you delete a page. If that is the case, then the menu item corresponding to a deleted page should be deleted as well.

    Hi,

    To remove the page from your menu (even after deleting the page itself), you will have to do so in the ‘Appearance -> Menu’ section of your WordPress dashboard. In this section, you will find all the items that are listed in your current menu. Delete the items you don’t need and save the settings.

    Refresh your page and you will be able to see that the corresponding menu items of the pages you had deleted have now been removed from the menu. :)
