What are the Page titles? Did you remove them from the custom menu? Appearance > Menus

Hi the titles are anatomy, fitness, nutrition and sports psychology. There created a few days ago but deleted and used as categories instead. I changed the theme and they now appear as pages across the top. I have deleted them from the page section and from trash folder. They are not present in menu’s section either.

At the moment the menu items “anatomy”, “fitness”, “nutrition” and “sports psychology” aren’t links to static pages, they are links to category pages, do what you did with the static pages is irrelevant. If you don’t you want these items to show, you go to Appearance > Menus and remove them from the menu.

“do what you did” should read “so what you did”.

I see what’s happening but I don’t know how to change it. The categories are coming up in that menu next to pages. In the menu section, there is only 2 pages- home and contact us. So there is no option to delete there. Maybe it’s the theme. Also on a different note, how do you add forums? The getting started guide says it only available on .org version however I’m with .com. If I can’t add a forum plugin, have you any recommendations?

    a) This means you’re using the default top menu of the theme. The default on Titan displays your categories as well as your pages. You need to go to Appearance > Menus, create a menu, add only the pages you want to it, and set it as your primary menu.

    b) You cannot add a forum to a wordpress.com blog.

At present there are no forums available, I am aware of, that can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins. You have three free workaround forum options: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/04/23/wordpress-com-forum-options/
One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
a custom link to the forum in it.
