Deleted PDF still showing

    Hi team,
    We require the immediate removal of a PDF file from our system. It has been deleted completely from our Media Library, however when loading from the direct document URL it still shows.
    I even tried to do a 301 Redirect so people who did have that URL would be redirected to a specific webpage. However, this also did not work.
    How can I completely remove this PDF from our system? We need the removal to be completed, as this is a time-sensitive matter.
