I think I have accidentally removed my stuff permanent. Is there any small chance to get recover my notes. It’s very important to me. For all tips I will be grateful.Warm regards

Unfortunately you can’t recycling a deleted site, once deleted, WordPress.com URLs are not available for registration again. Maybe you can choose another WordPress.com URL, or pick a custom domain.

Are you referring to content you deleted from this site?
http://nicoprocession.wordpress.com/Are you referring to content deleted form any other wordpress.com site that has not itself been deleted?
If the answer is yes you may be able to restore it.
