Deleted photo still shows on my account

  I went and deleted all but the current photo I want for my blog. It shows in the right hand corner, but when I share my posts – it still shows the old photo I deleted. How do I change the photo on the top right hand side when I’m looking at my dashboard? That’s the one that displays when I share my blog entries.

  Settings->General->BLavatar. It does not change retroactively.
