How can I recover photographs from my library if they were deleted by mistake?

Yes it’s possibe to restore from Trash, provided you did not pernamnelty delete the files. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

Thank you for your quick response and please apologize me, but I cannot find any of the pictures that I need to recover in the trash folder. I definitely did not deleted them permanently.

Posts and Pages can be recovered from the trash. Images deleted from your Media Library are immediately gone from your site for good.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I’m having a panic attack. haha

Isn’t there any way to restore those pics?
I have quite a few post affected and its going to take ages to restore all the articles?

Does WordPress servers keep like a mirror/backup files for some time?

Are you talking about the batimetrials site? It still displays numerous images. The only way to restore any deleted images is from your own PC/phone/image storage.
One possible solution is to visit Google Images and type in:
site:batimetrials.wordpress.com. Whilst your site is still cached by Google and before they update you may be able to copy/paste if you can find the particular images you need. They do look quite similar.
