Deleted photos reappear again and again..

Photos I have deleted multiple times continue to come back constantly…. I’ve cleared cache, and believed I finally had them removed. Yet, they’re still here.

I am at the end of my rope here, with all my hard work in the past several weeks going nowhere. Somewhere there are pages available that describe mythical creatures like graphics that go away when you tell them, Perhaps a place where graphics come back from fade-out? Or a sophisticated file editor where you can store files in a convenient container and come back to them a few weeks from now. There are also places where plug-in modules make access to things like wp-content and wp-plugins far more convenient to access for those of us who have not graduated cum-laude from WordPress.
Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can access all of this, or does it require buckets of money???

Are you able to point us to the page or post whereby you’re seeing images remain even though you’ve deleted them please – we can look to retrace some steps there.

It sounds like you’re looking to access Plugins and Themes, is that true? If yes, you should be able to help to access these via Plugins in WP Admin.
What are you looking to achieve exactly? Perhaps we can offer some advice on what to do.
